Shipping

We offer shipping through USPS, UPS and FedEx. You can choose which carrier you want and see the different shipping rates at checkout.
If this is a FREE SHIPPING item, the shipping carrier is our choice. You can always call or email us if you want expedited shipping at additional cost.
FREE SHIPPING is available on several items and FREE SHIPPING is always available on all orders over $200

International shipping does NOT include any customs or import taxes or fees.

These are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

All returns must be made withing 30 days from the order date.
For non-defective returns, the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging, i.e., open rolls of wallpaper cannot be returned even if unused. There is a restocking fee of 15% on overage returns plus the customer is responsible for return shipping.
For defective items, please call or email us as soon as possible. Defective items have no return or restocking fee.

Samples

Free samples are usually mailed with USPS Ground Advantage. There are no returns on samples. Samples are limited to 2 per customer. There is a $1 mailing fee for additional samples.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through PayPal. We also accept debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard logos.
