Surface to be covered should be clean and primed for best results. Do not apply to bare wood or any unprimed surface. The liner can cover minor imperfections, paneling, cement block, Stucco, etc.. Great for hiding small holes, stains, cracks and blemishes. No liner can cover large holes or very rough finishes. These should be repaired and/or sanded fairly smooth before priming and hanging the liner.
